We are based in New Zealand and ship to Australia, USA, UK, Europe and most countries around the world. Shipping prices are indicated on the product pages, but where not specified, please enquire for a shipping quote at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us at +649 5759864.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us directly at email@example.com or call us directly on +64 9 575 98 64 within 7 days of receipt of your order, please have your order number ready to quote.
We do not provide refunds if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase or would like to cancel your order, so please choose your product carefully. A credit note issued by us is at our discretion, and is likely to incur a booking fee of 10% of the original purchase price. This booking fee covers the transaction charge that we incur for accepting your credit card transaction, our time in processing the order and in refunding. You may also incur the return freight charge.
If the goods you have received are faulty or defective in any way the theclever will either replace the item, or refund the original purchase price plus shipping, and the cost to return the product to the Designer.
